“Hands Of Honor” is a ministry of the Christian and Missionary Alliance to at risk girls in West Africa. Many of these girls have left home to work in cities to help provide for their families. The center provides literacy classes, health classes, job/life skills and daily Bible classes.
We will have a time of learning about the center, a prayer time for the center and international workers, and an offering will be taken for this ministry.
Throughout the months of September and October, we will be collecting school supplies for the Hands of Honor Center in West Africa. To learn more about Hands of Honor, click here.
The Bridge Community Center is in the south side of Johnson City, NY. The mission of The Bridge is to be a place where relationships with the community can be developed and where the gospel can take root through intentional, relational ministry. The Bridge offers after school programs for students, youth group, parent groups & children's ministries. There will be three weeks of summer camp in July 2015- which our church will be helping with!
This is a great opportunity for you to serve in an urban community that is different, but not far from your own. This will give you an opportunity to see God transform lives, hearts & communities through the gospel. This is a great way to help people get to know Jesus and His church in a powerful way.
For more information about The Bridge, visit their website or Facebook page.

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. (John 15:4, KJV).
May 20–21, 2016, Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
The themes of a deeper life and missions were tied together from our earliest days in The Alliance. Dr. A. B. Simpson believed that as the work of God went deeper into our lives, the natural outcome was for the Word and work of God to extend more broadly from us. God’s heart is for the world, and as our hearts are joined more intimately with His, we begin to share those same passions.
It’s in that context that you are invited to SEEK: An Alliance Regional Deeper Life and Missions Event. This gathering, coordinated by Eastern Pennsylvania District and the National Office, is for those who earnestly seek a deeper and continual abiding in the real presence of God’s Holy Spirit. It’s this Spirit, the Spirit of Jesus, who enables us to know Him in more profound ways and empowers us to serve Him in our communities, our nation, and to the ends of the earth.
The vision of Inca Link is to reach the 300+ million youth in Latin America with Christ’s irresistible love. Our National Inca Link Organizations do this through evangelism and discipleship, training leaders, connecting people, and compassion ministries. We are devoted to helping the least of these in Latin America.
