Learn street-effective self defense from an internationally certified grandmaster instructor- No matter your age or fitness level! Classes will be offered for free! If you are interested, come to our informational meeting!
From the Instructor: "As long as a child can pay attention and follow along fairly well they can join. I know a child's attention span is about 30 mins max so I may dismiss them a bit early from the classes AND I teach children the arts thru as many games as I can."
Parents of children ages 18 and younger, please plan to stay for the meeting.
Men from CDAC will travel to Faith Baptist Church in Albany, NY for the annual Iron Sharpens Iron men's conference. The cost is $29 for students (+$8 to buy lunch) & $55 for adults (+$8 to buy lunch). If you choose not to buy a lunch, please bring a bag lunch. Sign up at the info desk & money due by March 29.
